Make sure you’ve got a Presentation Board, Cheese Knives or Small Butter Knives, and Teaspoons. Now, let’s get cooking!


Remove the cheeses from the kit and allow the cheeses to come up to room temperature before assembling your cheese board. Cheese served at room temperature will allow the fats in the cheese to loosen up, resulting in better texture and flavour!

Cantal: One of the oldest cheeses in France. Strong flavoured, firm brittle, and crumbly.

Boer’n Trots Goat: So creamy, it melts in your mouth. Slightly sweet taste – this cheese is washed in honey!

Manchego: Sheep’s milk cheese produced from La Mancha. Mild and slightly briney.

Dutch Gouda: Mild, buttery, mellow, slightly nutty flavour.

Bleu Elizabeth: Semi soft, blue-veined farm cheese made with organic raw cow’s milk.

Le Pizy: Bloomy rind cheese by Fromagerie La Suisse Normande in Quebec. Mild and milky with notes of salted butter.

Bel Haven: Triple cream brie made in Ontario. Aromas of butter, mushroom, and hazelnuts.
