INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 half racks Smoked Pork Ribs
  • 1 tray Chipotle Mac n’ Cheese
  • 1 tray BBQ Pit Beans

ITEMS NOT PROVIDED:

Saucepan, Large Pot (optional), Tongs, Cutting Board, Timer, Platter, Spoons, Thermometer (optional)

PREP INSTRUCTIONS:

SMOKED PORK RIBS

Sous-Vide Method:
Place the rib bag in a large stock pot and fill it with water until it’s 3/4 full. Bring it to a simmer for 10 minutes and then slowly remove the bag with tongs; set aside to open. Cut the bag open and remove the ribs.

Oven Method:
Preheat the over to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove the ribs from the bag and place them on the baking sheet. Bake the ribs on the lower rack for 13-15 minutes.

CHIPOTLE MAC N’ CHEESE

Preheat the oven to 350°F and remove the lid, but keep the Mac n’ Cheese in the aluminum pan. Place it directly on the middle rack and bake it for 25 minutes.

Caution: The tray will be extremely hot; please use oven mitts!

BBQ PIT BEANS

Remove the board lid and empty the contents into a small saucepan. Cook the beans on medium heat while stirring occasionally. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the beans are hot and bubbing!

PLATE AND ENJOY!
