  • 8 Cannoli Shells
  • 220g Ricotta Filling
  • 2oz Candied Citrus White Chocolate Dip
  • 2oz Sicilian Dried Fruit Cup


Make sure you’ve got Scissors, a Knife, a Cutting Board, and a Serving Plate. Now, let’s get cooking!


  1. Using a pair of scissors, cut a 1.5’’ hole from the tip of the piping bags housing the Ricotta Filling
  2. Remove the lids of the plastic ramekins from the Candied Citrus White Chocolate Dip and the Sicilian Fruit Dip
  3. Start assembling the Cannolis. Pipe your desired Filling all the way to the edge of the Cannoli Shell. Do not be shy to fill these shells all the way, and make sure you do not have any pockets of air! 
  4. Dip the ends of the Cannoli into your desired topping! 
  5. Mix and match to create new flavour combinations!
