INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 Buttermilk Waffles
  • 6pcs Fried Chicken
  • 250mL Whipped Sour Cream
  • 125mL Maple Honey Syrup
  • 2 portions Mac & Cheese
  • 500mL Spicy Baked Beans
  • 1 portion Sweet Cornbread with Hot Honey Butter
  • 6 Mini Cinnamon Buns
  • 1 Fresh Fruit Platter

ITEMS NOT PROVIDED:

Baking Trays, Sauce Pan


PREP INSTRUCTIONS:

FRIED CHICKEN

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

2. Place on a rack or tray and heat until the internal temperature of the Fried Chicken reaches 160°F (approximately 10-12 minutes). Turn halfway through cooking time.

MAC & CHEESE

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

2. Place on a rack or tray and heat until the internal temperature of the Mac & Cheese reaches 160°F (approximately 8-10 minutes). Mac & Cheese should be golden brown with edges bubbling.

3. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a couple of minutes.

BUTTERMILK WAFFLES

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

2. Place Waffles on a tray and bake in oven for 4-5 minutes.

3. Allow waffles to rest for 1 minute.

SPICY BAKED BEANS

1. In a saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of water and the Spicy Baked Beans.

2. Bring to a low simmer on medium-low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent Beans from sticking to the bottom of the pot.

3. Garnish with green onions.

SWEET CORNBREAD

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

2. Place Cornbread on a tray and bake in oven for 4-6 minutes.

3. Allow Cornbread to rest for 1 minute, and serve with hot honey butter.

CINNAMON ROLLS

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

2. Remove plastic lid and place Cinnabon Rolls on a tray. Bake in the oven for 2-3 minutes.

3. Allow Rolls to rest for 1 minute.

PLATING

1. Place 1/2 heated Waffle on a dinner plate or large bowl.

2. Cut heated Fried Chicken in half and place 3 half pieces on top of the Waffle.

3. Top with Whipped Sour Cream and drizzle with Maple Honey. Enjoy!
