Make sure you’ve got a Cutting Board, a Knife, a Medium Sized Pot, a Baking Sheet, and Parchment Paper. It’s also ideal to have a few staples on hand like Kosher Salt. Now, let’s get cooking!
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Using a pair of scissors, cut open the Vegan Curry bag and pour the contents into a medium sized pot. Set your stove to medium-low heat and gently warm the Curry, stirring occasionally.
Chef’s Tip: For a thicker Curry, with some fluidity, add a teaspoon of water to the pot. If you choose to thin out your Curry with more water, be sure to add a small pinch of salt to keep up the seasoning!
While the Curry is warming, place your Naan on a parchment lined baking sheet. Place in your preheated oven and set a timer for 5 minutes.
While the Naan is warming, take your Green Onions out of the bag, and slice them thinly on your cutting board. By this time, your Naan should be ready to come out of the oven. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Once your Curry is warmed through and is the right consistency, you are ready to plate!
Divide your Curry between two bowls, top with the Vegan Sour Cream, and sprinkle on Green Onions. Serve with warmed Naan to scoop up the Curry!
