Chef John Sinopoli brings you his version of the classic Quebecois meat pie, inspired by the Lac-St-Jean region, to enjoy at home! This traditional Quebecois savoury pie from Gare de l’Est is made with ground pork shoulder, russet potato, chicken jus, and house made pastry and served with traditional “ketchup vert”, made with green tomatoes.
