Kit includes cooked pork chashu, chicken broth, uncooked noodles, roasted soy tare, crispy oil, green onions, menma, and sesame seeds.

Due to supply chain issues, there is a possibility that the Menma in this ramen kit will be substituted for Kikurage.

Make sure you’ve got a Large Pot, a Small Pot, a Strainer, a Non-Stick Pan, a Whisk, and Tongs. It’s also ideal to have a few staples on hand like Neutral Oil. Now, let’s get cooking!

Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil.

Add Broth to a separate small pot and bring to just below a boil.

Heat Pork in a non-stick pan by quickly searing on high until coloured on both sides.

Loosen Noodles and drop in boiling water. Stir well and cook for 60-90 seconds.

While Noodles are cooking, add your Tare to taste in a serving bowl.

Chef’s Tip: Preheat your bowl with hot water first.

Pour hot Broth into serving bowl and whisk well to incorporate the Tare.

Once Noodles are cooked, strain well and mix them into Broth.

Slice your Green Onion and garnish your bowl with it, along with the Menma and Sesame Seeds.
