Make sure you have a Baking Sheet and a Serving Plate. It’s also ideal to have a few staples on hand like Salt & Pepper. Now, let’s get cooking!
Take the Burrata out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before eating and drain the water from the container.
Chef’s Tip: Cheese should always be eaten at room temperature, especially Burrata. This will ensure the stracciatella inside the Burrata is as rich and creamy as possible.
Preheat the oven to broil.
Remove the Sourdough from the bag and place on a baking sheet.
Toast Sourdough for approximately 1 minute, or until bread is golden and beginning to crisp around the edges.
On a serving plate, place the Burrata on left side of the plate, top with Olive Oil, Sea Salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
Remove the Compressed Cucumbers from the container and mound on the right side of the plate.
Once your Sourdough is toasted, remove the bread from the oven and serve alongside your Burrata and Compressed Cucumber Salad.
