Make sure you’ve got a Large Pot, a Small Pot, a Strainer, a Non-Stick Pan, a Whisk, and Tongs. It’s also ideal to have a few staples on hand like Neutral Oil. Now, let’s get cooking!
Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil.
Add Broth to a separate small pot and bring to just below a boil.
Heat Seasoned Ground Chicken in a non-stick pan on medium-high heat. Add a small splash of water to keep the chicken moist!
Loosen Noodles and drop in boiling water. Stir well and cook for 60-90 seconds.
While Noodles are cooking, add Tare to taste in a serving bowl.
Chef’s Tip: Preheat your bowl with hot water first.
Pour hot Broth into serving bowl and whisk well to incorporate the Tare.
Once Noodles are cooked, strain well (reserve boiling water) and mix them into Broth.
Add Bok Choy to reserved boiling water and cook for 30-45 seconds.
Toss your Noodles and Broth with Ground Chicken, Bok Choy, Sesame Seeds, and Ito Togarashi (which are red chilli threads).
