Shelf Life: Caviar can remain fresh 7 days open in the refrigerator. Unopened caviar has a shelf life of 14+ days.
Open the Caviar kit and remove all contents from the box. Plate the Egg White, Egg Yolks, Chives, Creme Fraiche, and Brunoised Shallots for the Caviar into ramekins.
Set aside the Pearl Spoon and Caviar Tin Opener.
Open Blini packaging and stagger the Blini onto a plate. Set aside.
Using the Caviar Tin Opener, pop the lid off the Caviar and place your Pearl Spoon into the tin.
Now the fun begins! Add your desired amount of Caviar onto a Blini and garnish with all the fixings.
Chef’s Tip: Be creative with your Caviar! Experiment with the garnishes and create your own Caviar Experience!
