Make sure you’ve got a Knife, a Cutting Board, a Medium Frying Pan, a Spatula, and a Brush. Now, let’s get cooking!
COCONUT MILK BREAD
Preheat the oven to 300°F.
Reheat Coconut Bread for 15 minutes or until heated through. Note: This is not your traditional dinner roll. Coconut Milk Bread has a dense and chewy texture, giving these sliders their signature bite!
SLIDER FIXINGS
While the Coconut Milk Bread is in the oven, we can start to prepare our garnishes for our Jerk Shrimp Sliders. Slice the Tomato into 12 slices. Set aside. Wash and clean your Romaine Lettuce. Thinly slice the Romaine Lettuce. Set aside in a bowl.
JERK SHRIMP PATTIES
In a medium frying pan, add 2 ounces of Coconut Oil. On medium high heat, pan fry the Jerk Shrimp Patties until golden brown, approximately 2-3 minutes. Flip and continue to fry until the other side is golden brown. Remove the Jerk Shrimp Patties from the pan onto a plate lined with paper towel to drain some of the excess fat.
Time to build the Sliders! Remove the Coconut Milk Bread from the tray. Pull the Bread apart and cut in half. Spoon the Tartar Sauce on the top and bottom of the Coconut Milk Bread. Place a Jerk Shrimp Patty on each of the bottom Breads. Garnish with Sliced Tomato and Shredded Romaine Lettuce. Place the top of the Bread back on top of the sliders. Transfer the Jerk Shrimp Sliders onto a platter and serve immediately.
