Elevate your weeknight dinners with fresh house-made rigatoni and our signature Beef and pork ragu bolognese. Inspired by Southern Italy traditions.
We recommended having a few staples on hand such as olive oil, and a hard Italian cheese such as parmigiano, or grana padano.
1. Fill a medium sized pot with water, add 1 tablespoon of salt and bring to a boil.
2. While the water is coming to a boil, add the contents of your sauce pack to a large pan and bring to a simmer.
3. Once the water is boiling, add fresh pasta to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Strain pasta when it is done cooking and add to the pan of sauce. Toss with sauce to coat and use a large spoon or tongs to plate pasta in a pasta bowl.
5. Sprinkle with your favourite cheese and enjoy!
