CHOCOCHUNK: The grandmother of all cookies. Loaded with hand chopped semi-sweet and 70% Belgian chocolates and finished with a sprinkling of Maldon salt.

ANGEL PILLOW: Courage Cookies’ buttery-sweet signature cookie dough unsullied by the garnish gods. Purity in cookie form. Underrated and overlooked.

SNICKERDOODLE: Imagine a Beavertail in cookie form but thin and crispy. Starting to get an idea of what Courage Cookies is talking about here.

SKOR: Baker’s favourite. Salty, sweet Skor brand toffee bits loaded into Courage Cookies’ dough at irresponsible levels. Nothin’ else.

OREO: Cookie inception out of control. The OG of sandwich cookies gets bashed up and thrown into Courage Cookies’ signature buttery vanilla laced dough.

MINI EGG: Chelsea’s, the owner of Courage Cookies, addiction. Really though, she has a problem. Courage Cookies take their buttery-sweet cookie and load it with smashed up Cadbury’s Mini Eggs.

DOUBLE REESE & PEANUTS: First Courage Cookies take their buttery dough, then they chop up Reese’s mini peanut butter cups, toss in smashed Reese’s pieces, and finish it off with loads of chopped roasted peanuts. Put it all together, peanut overload. You will be double (or triple) dosing.

TRIPLE CHOCOLATE: Dark chocolate dough loaded with hand chopped Belgian 70% dark chocolate, 54% semisweet chocolate, and white chocolate. Finished with a touch of sea salt.

CRISPY BOY: This is your chocolate chip cookie’s favourite chocolate chip cookie. Thin crispy edges with a chewy soft center. Overloaded with our favourite 68% Guayaquil and 70% Belcolade chocolates. Finished with a sprinkling of Maldon salt.

VEGAN CHOCOCHUNK: Feeling left out? Courage Cookies has an amazing vegan version of their signature dough for you. Made with vegan friendly ingredients and loaded with Belgian chocolate and finished with a sprinkle of Maldon salt.

GLUTEN FREE CHOCOCHUNK: Courage Cookies feels the gluten-free community deserves a better cookie, so they made one. They use brown butter and their gluten-free flour blend and load it with 54% and 70% Belgian Chocolate. They bake it til the edges are crispy and the inside is still soft and tender, then finish it with a sprinkle of sea salt.

Make sure you’ve got a Baking Tray and Parchment Paper. Now, let’s get cooking!

Shelf life is 5 days in the fridge or about 3 months in the freezer.

Preheat oven to 360°F. Place on parchment paper-lined baking tray, leaving approximately 2.5 inches between Cookie Dough Balls. Note: The Crispy Boy, Skor, and Gluten Free cookies will require a bit more baking space. 

Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Chef’s Tip: The baking time is very dependent based on your oven as every home oven is very different. We suggest baking one or two before committing to the entire batch to ensure they don’t overcook – what a waste!
