CanadaI've been eyeing these cookies since they first appeared on the website and when they were offered as part of a promotion, I didn't hesitate to order. These are absolutely the best chocolate cookies my family has ever had. They are large soft cookies with loads of chocolate truffle which has a smoother texture than regular chocolate chips. Easy to bake and just delicious. These are far better than F&N cookies which cost about the same amount.

Available in 2 different flavours: Chocolate Chip and Classic Brigadeiro, or Salted Caramel with Walnut – or as a Mixed Pack with 6 cookies of each flavour.
Why is Brigadeiro so special?
Brigadeiro is a composition of sweetened condensed milk, a good quality of real butter, pure cocoa powder, and fine chocolate up to 50% cacao for a perfect balance of sweetness. The process to make the Brigadeiro is cooking and mixing all of these ingredients in a specific time and temperature. After a few hours, the mix is completely cold and Mary’s team of Chocolate Heroes roll each one by hand into fine sprinkles. The texture is the key for a perfect Brigadeiro as it reminds us of a creamy truffle, but it’s a little bit chewy like a caramel, and intense as a fudge. Nothing is similar to Brigadeiro, and if you’ve never tried it, Brigadeiro will be a new experience in loving chocolate!

Make sure you’ve got a Cookie Sheet and Parchment Paper. Now, let’s get cooking!
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place the #MarysBrigadeiro Signature Cookies on a cookie sheet. Don’t forget to give them extra space!
Bake the Cookies for 15 minutes or until golden brown on the top. If you are a ‘soft cookie’ kind of person, bake them for 12 minutes. If you are a ‘soft but crunchy’ cookie fan, bake them for 17 minutes.
Note: Bake time will depend on how hot your oven runs!
Be careful – they’re HOT! Let them cool and enjoy!
