Everything tasted fantastic! The selection of cheeses were perfect- something for everyone. The only thing that I added myself was a baguette. There was certainty enough food for 4-6 as a substantial appetizer. The value was also great. We would have paid far more if we had bought each item separately. We would definitely order this again.

BLEU BENEDICTIN: A semi-soft cow’s milk blue cheese with a pale grey natural rind and savoury, earthy flavours balanced by a creamy paste. Made by Benedictine monks in Saint-Benoit-du-Lac, Quebec.
CHEVRONNÉ: Soft ripened goat milk cheese from Lanaudière, Quebec, with a delicate rind and gentle notes of a goaty, grassy freshness.
AVONLEA CLOTHBOUND CHEDDAR: A traditional British farmhouse clothbound cows milk cheddar from Prince Edward Island, boasting long, complex, and earthy flavours.
GUNN’S HILL 5 BROTHERS: A sweet and piney 18 month-aged washed rind Ontario cheese made from cow’s milk, characteristic of gouda and Swiss mountain cheese with a more pronounced flavour and flakier texture.
MANCHA DORARA MANCHEGO: A 6-month Spanish Manchego made from sheep’s milk.
CHÂTEAU DE BOURGOGNE: Rich and creamy triple cream cow’s milk cheese with a bloomy rind, boasting a smooth and buttery paste, reminiscent of crème fraîche.
Allergens: Dairy, Gluten, Nuts
Make sure you’ve got a Cheese Board or a Serving Board, Cheese Knives or Small Butter Knives, a few Ramekins, and some Teaspoons or Demitasse Spoons. Now, let’s get cooking!
Remove the Cheese from the kit and allow the Cheeses to come up to room temperature before assembling your cheese board.
Chef’s Tip: Cheese served at room temperature will allow the fats in the Cheese to loosen up, resulting in better texture and flavour!
Assemble your Cheese around the board, and fill in the spaces with the Cranberry, Pumpkin, and Flax Flatbread and Crispbread.
Chef’s Tip: This Cheese Kit is designed for you to express your creativity, and most importantly have some fun with it! Build your cheese board any way you want; add your favourite gherkins, olives, nuts, or dried fruit to complete the experience!
