These were very easy to make. Wonderful that we were all able to customize to our tastes. Shells stayed crisp for a few days before we filled them. Would buy again…
Very fun and delicious dessert. Kids loved filling their own and choosing their toppings.
It was very easy making the cannoli. There was enough filling to fill all the shells completely full. The garnishes were good, especially the candied fruit. I like that it came with both the ricotta and the nutella mascarpone filling because we definitely had our preferences at home. To avoid soggy shells, we only made a few at a time and the shells remain firm for 4 days after delivery. Overall, yummy!

Make sure you’ve got Scissors, a Knife, a Cutting Board, and a Serving Plate. Now, let’s get cooking!
Using a pair of scissors, cut a 1.5’’ hole from the tip of the piping bags housing the Fillings.
Remove the lids of the plastic ramekins from the Toasted Almonds, Shaved Dark Chocolate, Candied Citrus White Chocolate Dip, and the Sicilian Fruit Dip.
Start assembling the Cannolis. Pipe your desired Filling all the way to the edge of the Cannoli Shell. Do not be shy to fill these shells all the way, and make sure you do not have any pockets of air!
Dip the ends of the Cannoli into your desired topping!
Mix and match to create new flavour combinations! Chef Michael suggests using the Toasted Almonds and Shaved Dark Chocolate with the Nutella Filling, and the Candied Citrus White Chocolate Dip and the Sicilian Fruit Dip with the Ricotta Filling.
