    This is one of my favourite. Eggplant has never been my favourite but in this dish - delicious. There is enough here for 2 main courses.

    Best burrata we've ever had!

    Wow. There are no words to describe how amazing the burrata from Ascari is. Not only is the burrata itself fresh & delicious, the sides to go along with it offer the perfect complement of flavours and textures. We've tried a lot of burrata in our day, and this is definitely our favourite!

    So good - summer on a plate

    This is the second time we've had this, and it is incredibly delicious, and so easy - just needs plating and looks wonderful on the plate too. Unlike the photo it does not come with fresh basil leaves - if you have some do add them for garnish and extra flavour. Edible flowers would also be lovely. Pro tip: if you're lucky enough to score a cottage invitation this summer, take this (one kit per two people for a nice light meal, or it could be stretched to make more smaller appetizer servings). Add some focaccia and maybe butter tarts for afterwards, and you will definitely be invited back!
