How Delivery Works

Delivery Schedule

We currently have two weekly delivery days, Wednesday and Friday. Order by 10:00 PM Sunday to receive your order on Wednesday. For Friday delivery, orders must be placed by 10:00 PM Tuesday to receive your order on Friday.  Meal Kits are guaranteed fresh for up to 3 days from delivery date. We will be adding delivery days once demand dictates it is necessary to do so.

Delivery may be scheduled for next available delivery day due to delivery capacity or to accommodate for holidays.

Delivery Costs

There is a flat rate fee of $9.99 for all eligible delivery locations. A $5 additional delivery charge may be added for orders placed outside the delivery zone. For inquiries with regards to delivery please contact the orders desk at orders@chefdrop.ca.

Custom Orders

For delivery/orders required outside of normal scheduled delivery days please contact us directly at orders@ochospitality.ca and we will be happy to work with you to make accommodations based on order fulfillment requirements.

Delivery Order Updates

You will receive a delivery notification once the delivery has been picked up from our store. Once the order is picked up you can expect your delivery the next day. Once a shipping label has been created you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.

Condo/Apartment Buildings

For all condo and apartment building deliveries, the cooler box is equipped to keep your package cool until it can be picked up. Your name and address will be on the shipping label for easy identification. If your building has a concierge or front desk reception, your package will be left with them. If not, please indicated the safest location for your delivery to be placed until such time that it can be picked up.

Order Troubleshooting

You may cancel or make changes to your order until 5:00 PM 48 hours prior to your delivery date. This means that if your order is scheduled for Wednesday delivery, you have until 5:00 PM Monday to make any modifications or cancel the order. For Friday delivery, changes or cancellations must be made no later than 5:00 PM Wednesday. Order changes can be made via e-mail at orders@ochospitality.ca. If changes are made after the cut off time, we cannot guarantee that the order will be cancelled or that modifications will be made.

Current Delivery Zone

Currently servicing most of the Greater Toronto & Hamilton Areas. If you would like to check if you are in our current delivery zone, please reach out to orders@chefdrop.ca. The delivery zone will change depending on demand.
