How Delivery Works
We currently have three weekly delivery days: Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. Order by 11:00 PM Sunday to receive your order on Wednesday; 11:00 PM Tuesday to receive your order on Friday; and 11:00 PM Thursday to receive your order on Sunday. Drops are guaranteed fresh for up to 3 days from delivery date. We will be adding delivery days once demand dictates it is necessary to do so.
Delivery may be scheduled for next available delivery day due to delivery capacity or to accommodate for holidays.

Chefdrop charges a flat rate fee of $9.99 for all eligible delivery locations in the GTHA.
Orders over $100 pre-tax are eligible for free shipping.
Nationwide shipping is available upon request. For inquiries with regards to delivery, please contact the orders desk at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For delivery/orders required outside of normal scheduled delivery days, please contact us directly at email@example.com and we will be happy to work with you to make accommodations based on order fulfillment requirements.
Delivery Order Updates
You will receive a delivery notification the night before your scheduled delivery. You will receive a tracking link via text message.
For all condo and apartment building deliveries, the cooler box is equipped to keep your package cool until it can be picked up. Your name and address will be on the shipping label for easy identification. If your building has a concierge or front desk reception, your package will be left with them. If not, please indicated the safest location for your delivery to be placed until such time that it can be picked up.
You may cancel or make changes to your order until 5:00 PM 48 hours prior to your delivery date. This means that if your order is scheduled for Wednesday delivery, you have until 5:00 PM Monday to make any modifications or cancel the order. For Friday delivery, changes or cancellations must be made no later than 5:00 PM Wednesday. For Sunday delivery, changes must be made no later than 5:00 PM Friday. Order changes can be made via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. If changes are made after the cut off time, we cannot guarantee that the order will be cancelled or that modifications will be made.
