E11even’s distinguished chef Evan Tandy is serving up indulgent North American classics with a twist. Chef Evan has been with MLSE for over 20 years, starting out as a young apprentice and working his way up to Executive Chef since 2014.He has also helped run the famous Hot Stove Club in Scotiabank Arena, alongside MLSE Culinary Director, Chris Zielinski.Born and raised in Timmins, Ontario, Chef Evan’s approach to cooking is simple food, with bold, vibrant flavours. He focuses on elevating classic dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients where possible. Chef Evan’s modern approach to familiar favourites comes through in E11even’s classic, yet sophisticated North American fare.
