Delivery Zone

We currently deliver across Southern Ontario.

If you would like to check to see if you are in our current delivery zone, please use our postal code search tool.

Delivery Schedule

We currently have five weekly delivery days:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Drops are fresh for up to 3 days from delivery date.
We will be adding delivery days once demand dictates it is necessary to do so.


Order by 11:00 PM Sunday to receive your order on Wednesday.
Order by 11:00 PM Monday to receive your order on Thursday.
Order by 11:00 PM Tuesday to receive your order on Friday.
Order by 11:00 PM Wednesday to receive your order on Saturday.
Order by 11:00 PM Thursday to receive your order on Sunday.

Delivery may be scheduled for the next available delivery day due to delivery capacity or to accommodate for holidays.

Shipping Costs

There is a flat rate fee of $9.99 for all eligible delivery locations.

Orders over $100 after discounts and before tax are eligible for free shipping.

Custom Orders

For deliveries/orders required outside of our delivery zone and/or normal scheduled delivery days, please contact us directly at orders@chefdrop.ca and we will be happy to work with you to make accommodations based on order fulfillment requirements.

In the event of an extreme weather event such as a winter storm, Chefdrop and its delivery partners will attempt to deliver all orders as requested. However, if we are unable to deliver your order on your requested delivery date, Chefdrop will contact all affected customers with as much notice as possible to notify them of the delay and to provide a new estimated delivery date. Please note that all orders would be kept fresh and refrigerated at our distribution centre until delivery is achievable.

Chefdrop is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is entirely outside our control.

What's a Platform Fee?

This fee is in place to enable Chefdrop to provide you and our vendors with the consolidation and fulfilment services that allow you to experience exceptional food from across the province. It is equal to 10% of the subtotal – to a maximum of $20.
